With Your Pledge, ΛXA will become gateway to campus & the model of 21st century Greek Life at Oregon State!

• Our current chapter house is failing & doesn’t reflect the caliber of our brotherhood - which provides OSU's best fraternal experience. 
  • Need is increasingly urgent!
  • Chapter house is at the end of its useful life.
• To remedy this: 
  • We plan to build our 21st Century Chapter House at 10th & Monroe.
  • To make this happen, however, we need a broad & strong response from AΛ of ΛXA alumni.
• Our immediate goal is to reach our 'Go to Build' goal of at least $2.5 million.
  • Ideally, we will reach $3 million-plus with $2.5 million cash-on-hand.
  • Currently donations & pledges to the campaign are over $1.8 million.
• We have established a long-term campaign goal to $5 million.
  • This is the full amount needed to rebuild our home in Corvallis.
  • We believe this is possible based on the generosity of our brothers.

• It will be the gateway to the Oregon State campus at 10th & Monroe.
• ΛXA will welcome everyone to campus & be a model of the future of Greek Life at Oregon State.
• Most important, it will match the quality of the AΛ of ΛXA fraternal experience & help future brothers to thrive on campus in the 21st Century!
